Exhibitor information
The exhibitor space includes a back wall and two short side walls. Each stand area (2 x 2 m) is equipped with a forest green felt carpet, one table (180 × 75 cm), one chair, and an 8A electricity connection. If you wish to enhance your setup with additional tables, screens, or graphic elements, these can be conveniently ordered through WS-Expo until 29 December: https://wsexpogroup.fi/en/ngwm/, or additional electricity connections (ordered through the event organizers: alexandra.l.nyberg@abo.fi).

Exhibitors can set up their stands on Monday 12th of January between 12:00 and 17:00. Dismantling will take place on Thursday from 17:00 to 21:00, and any remaining items can be collected on Friday morning between 09:00 and 11:00.
The exhibition base map will be available in the beginning of January latest.
